We are looking for a QA Tester (Consoles) to join our CRYENGINE development team and work on our in-house engine . You’ll work in an embedded Engine QA-team within the CRYENGINE development team in beautiful Frankfurt, Germany.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in the capacity of QA Tester in the gaming industry.
• Knowledge of game engines and game engine frameworks.
• Experience in testing of gaming consoles, including Microsoft Xbox One or Sony PS4
• Knowledge of traditional game development pipelines and practices.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent English communication and writing skills.
• Willing to relocate to Frankfurt am Main area, Germany.

Responsibilities

• Test CRYENGINE applications on gaming consoles and other platforms.
• Work with developers to test shelved code before it is checked in.
• Execute/Develop engine test cases to validate feature quality.
• Research/Analyze critical issues to identify root causes.
• Support Crytek game teams by providing auxiliary QA support for titles in development.

Pluses

• Experience in CRYENGINE
• Experience in testing next-gen gaming consoles such as Sony PS5 and Microsoft Xbox X/S
• Experience in the gaming industry
