We are looking for a Project Manager who will support the CRYENGINE Web Development team at our studio in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

The candidate will be expected to own and implement roadmap planning, prioritize tasks, coordinate team efforts and ensure that the final product is delivered on time and is of the highest possible quality.

The candidate must have excellent project and people management skills, needs to be an expert in applying the right development methodologies and team dynamics to maximize productivity, in utilizing project management tools so as to ensure transparency.

Responsibilities

  • Own and implement planning in relation to the overall production roadmap and global priorities.
  • Work with Technical and UX/UI Leads to ensure that all development tasks are aligned to roadmap goals and those projects and their features are executed as intended.
  • Schedule planning across projects and participate in the initial conception stage in order to better meet the needs of clients and to translate those expectations to the development team.
  • Track and communicate progress in tasks & development and prepare status meetings.
  • Proactively identify production bottlenecks, dependencies and risks. Take the appropriate steps and provide mitigation plans to resolve them.
  • Facilitate communication between team members to promote common goals and team collaboration.
  • Implement and improve processes to drive team efficiency and motivation.
  • Ensure staff appraisals are undertaken and completed on time.
  • Take an active role in the recruitment process.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing and prioritizing multiple projects and backlogs.
  • Awareness and knowledge of web technologies.
  • Experience with Agile methods.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management software (e.g. Hansoft, Microsoft Projects, Atlassian products such as Jira, Confluence etc.)
  • Organized approach to problem solving and time-management.
  • Proven ability to create and maintain productive relationships across functions.
  • Strong cross-team communication skills.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English is essential.
  • Self-driven and motivated.
  • Passion and knowledge of games.
  • Willing to relocate to Frankfurt, Germany.
