Position Summary
Crystal Dynamics is looking for a talented, enthusiastic, and highly organized Senior Producer with a professional background in game development and demonstrable history of fully owning a core pillar of a AAA gaming experience.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Own delivery on time and at quality of a large subset of the game
- Communicate and carry the game vision to the team
- Support the Lead Producer to coordinate, track, and guide activities of both internal and external development resources
- Demonstrate understanding of various Production methodologies, project management and version control software tools (such as JIRA and Perforce)
- Determine resources necessary to complete projects and then oversee, coordinate, track and manage the activities of the team to ensure that project goals are completed on time and uphold high standards of quality
- Identify and fix bottlenecks, clearing roadblocks both on day-to-day tasks and longer term processes and pipelines
- Partner with Leads in solving higher level complex project management issues
- Utilize Build->Measure->Learn techniques for rapid iteration and development
- Manage external developers/resources
Essential Requirements
- 7+ years of game development experience in an internal development Production role
- Shipped 2+ major AAA console titles as a Producer
- Experience leading sub-teams as a Senior Producer on a quality title, overseeing a pillar of the game
