Crunchyroll COVID-19 Hiring Status

Senior Mobile Games Producer

As Senior Mobile Games Producer, you will lead the development, production, launch, and live operations of F2P mobile titles based on some of the top Anime brands in the world! You will be responsible for leading the production schedule and road map of both original titles and existing games imported from the Asian market, working with development teams worldwide. Apply quantitative and qualitative data in order to optimize the daily live operations plans and adapt to Ex-Asia. Market as needed. The Senior Producer will help drive the product strategy and be a business expert on existing and emerging game monetization mechanics.


  • Leading F2P mobile anime games, from the pre-production through production phases, to meet the objectives of each responsible game title(s)!

  • Collaborate with Crunchyroll Games team discipline-leaders to define and refine the overall project roadmap and delivery timing while also analyzing live operation metrics and user feedback to derive insights on player trends and behavior to improve all aspects of title quality and maintain long term success of published titles.

  • Build recommendation proposals based on target market insights to contribute to the game product and services.

  • Where needed tune features, economy, and other features of imported Eastern titles for success in the Western Market through streaming, community, convention, and other broader Crunchyroll channels.

  • Connect with external developers to meet game development objectives, including but not limited to trend analysis, focus group testing/play testing, content management, roadmap planning, marketing strategies and monetization.

  • Work with internal UA, Marketing, Community, Localization, Operations, and Business Development teams for the success of game titles, as well as advocating for your titles within Crunchyroll and drive opportunities to promote said title.

  • Lead IP approval process with 3rd party licensors.

  • Coordinate with localization vendors and developers to ensure high quality translations while working with vendors to ensure the quality of outside results.
