About the Position: CriticalX is hiring a creative content strategist & social media manager. We’re looking for someone that has that creative spark and who has a passion for content creation. You will be responsible for all content planning activities that revolve around gaming tournaments, gaming activities, brands, social media etc.

A good social media manager is able to easily visualize concepts /ideas and maintain the health of a social media account. Understanding of analytics, having a good command over English, story-telling, content formats, content strategy and so on are some of the essential skills that we seek in a candidate.

At CriticalX, we work across a variety of gaming projects and are constantly striving to engage our audiences with new ideas. Our objective is to focus on great quality gaming content for our audience and provide quality services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

Be the primary source for content ideas for the company & it’s associates
Manage & maintain the company gaming social media page - analytics, page growth & performance
Build content plans & calendars in a structured and organized manner
Carry out content planning & execution for all gaming related avenues - client projects, social media, live streams, tournaments etc.
Work closely with designers & video editors to bring content ideas to life

Required Skills (Compulsory):

Strong command over the English language
Proficiency in Social Media Management – Facebook, Instagram, YouTube (Content & Analytics)
Basic understanding of brand & promotional communication
Ability to identify and execute content opportunities in a timely manner
Basic understanding of content media – Photo, Video, Film etc.
Good understanding of content distribution platforms & formats

Good to Have Skills (Optional):

Knowledge about the Indian and global gaming and esports landscape
Experience with creating and reading reports across social media platforms – Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter
Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel
