What a Game Design Lead does at Criterion:

The Game Design Lead role will be responsible for defining, and working with their teams to develop core ‘Need For Speed’ player experiences. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about working in areas including Campaign design, Event design or Multi-player design.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reporting to the Creative Director you will lead a diverse team to collaboratively produce designs for core player experiences that satisfy the product goals and creative vision
  • You will Inspire and align your team around your and the teams design ideas.
  • Work with Production and Project Management partners to direct the development of game features
  • Work with the development team to review and guide the implementation of game experiences

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience leading the creative team for core game experiences
  • Passion for working collaboratively with diverse crafts and teams
  • Experience as a Design Lead within Games Development
