This is a fantastic opportunity for a Game Producer to work with the Total War team at our studio based in Horsham, West Sussex.

For this role, you will work alongside, and assist, the Cinematics Senior Management to oversee the development of all cinematic assets across all Total War projects from pre-production through to release.

The Cinematics Game Producer will also work collaboratively with the project leads to create the project schedule, identify dependencies, solve problems, prioritise work and drive project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

As the Cinematics Game Producer, for all Total War projects, you will provide support to multiple cross discipline teams, to keep the projects appropriately resourced and the teams moving forward in a positive, informed, and focused way.

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

  • Work with the team, to assist with the planning and estimation process across the project to help produce fully scoped plans for upcoming projects
  • Help manage the development team schedule, ensuring that milestones are adhered to and that tech and decision pipelines remain unblocked
  • Be responsible for communicating changes within the project to all relevant parties and ensure the schedule is adapted accordingly
  • Always be looking for ways to improve our process, team or project
  • Communicate progress on current and upcoming milestones and will provide clear, detailed analysis on team performance, risks and areas for improvement.

Knowledge, Skill and Experience

Essential

  • Experience in project management with a good understanding of planning scheduling, process, tracking and resource allocation, preferably with experience in game, film or TV production environment
  • Experience with Agile and other software development methodologies
  • Experience with Shotgun, Jira, Hansoft or any other project management tool
  • Relevant experience working with multi-disciplinary teams. Able to support and work within a team and enable the team to perform in a united way
  • Excellent problem-solving skills. Able to identify and assess risks and communicate ways to mitigate them
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent knowledge and experience using MS Office applications, especially Excel

Desirable

  • Knowledge of the Total War Franchise
  • Understanding of the complete cinematics pipeline, including motion capture, key frame animation, rigging, shot selection, scene layout, etc
  • Engine cinematic project management experience
