Responsibilities:

• Build and lead a global team.
• Set clear team goals and KPIs.
• Take part in the development and code review team members tasks.
• Delegate tasks and set project deadlines
• Oversee day-to-day teams' operation and performance.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years experience leading a software development team.
• 4 years or more experience in mobile app development.
• Deep knowledge of Java and Objective C + Android / iOS Frameworks.
• University degree in computer science, engineering or related field.
• Problem-solving and thinking laterally as of a team or individual.
• Ability to achieve deadlines and work independently.

Advantage

• Experience in Unity.
• Experience with Third party providers (Ad ,Attribution, Analytics...)
