Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Manage projects from request through production to delivery, including scheduling and attending review meetings, analyzing feedback, and gaining approvals from all stakeholders
- Coordinate between different departments (mechanical, packaging, marketing) and ensure deliverables are on time
- Evaluate supplier schedule and align with internal cross-functional departments
- Cultivate and enhance Supplier and ODM relationships
- Create/Review/Improve processes for product development phase and after launch phase
- Create/Review/Execute test plans for product
- Good communication, presentation, and leadership skills; with ability to lead technical discussions in English & Chinese
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in Engineering (EE, ME)
- 7-10 years of experience
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication to communicate accurate, organized and detailed results
- Solid knowledge of USB and Thunderbolt devices
