General Purpose:

  • Determine, Validate, and Process customer offers for Incentive Rebate, Price Protection, BER ,VIR and Functional Incentives and other rebate programs.
  • Manage one rebate analyst member.
  • Document process flows and identify process improvements
  • Prepare various rebate reports to Corp revenue team

Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Validate customer offers by reviewing program types with sales and channel marketing, create and upload offers into ChRM system, create customer rebate program letters, and work with sales to resolve any questions or issues
  • Set up contractual rebate offers by reviewing details in contracts and confirming with Corporate Revenue team on liability, and upload into system
  • Participate in rebate related close activities and analysis in accordance with monthly and quarterly close schedules
  • Document rebate offers flow process by working with cross functional teams to understand exceptions, and propose improvements as needed
  • Assist with Corp Revenue team to prepare contra revenue balance sheet accounts reconciliations as needed
  • Prepare revenue weekly report by customer on offers against claims to determine trends and identify and project analysis report
  • Assist with defining metrics on efficiency with offers and claims validation process and work with manager to propose process improvements and streamline manual process
  • Research material differences between offers and claims by customers, and work with sales/channel marketing/claims team to resolve issues
  • Respond to ad-hoc project requests in revenue and contra-revenue areas
  • Support and backup Asia credit controller

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Knowledge of basic revenue accounting and finance principles
  • Strong skillset in ChRM desired
  • Experience with Excel, Access, and Oracle
  • Background in Accounting, Business Administration or Finance
  • Fluent in English
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • At least 8 to 10 years in F&A relevant areas/functions, including 3 to 5 years experience in people manager role.
  • Project launched experience is a plus
