General Purpose: The Visual UI Designer will be responsible for:
- Creating high fidelity prototypes, web pages and marketing assets primarily for the D2C channel but also other channels.
Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Own the creation of digital assets across our marketing channels, including but not limited to: responsive web pages, digital ads, banners, email, in-product, etc.
- Develop and deliver beautiful, hi-fidelity visual design mockups and specs
- Create vector illustrations and icons for digital channels
- Create wireframes and prototypes for site assets
- Partner with corporate marketing to ensure the entire user experience is consistent with existing brand guidelines and has a clear, consistent voice
- Partner with web and marketing to ideate test suggestions, develop creative for A/B testing, and partner with analytics to test, measure, and iterateProvide strategic leadership across the organization and be the voice at the table for our users
Essential Skills and Experience:
- 4-6+ years in web design, responsive website design
- BS/BA in design, engineering, CS, or other technical field
- Knowledge of information architecture, usability, UI and UX design
- Demonstrable UX/UI visual design skills with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools
- Motion and video skills are a plus
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS for rapid prototyping
- Experience in Javascript & SAP Commerce Cloud a plus
- Proven project management skills with track record of driving user-centric, intuitive experience outcomes
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences at varying levels of the organization
- Knowledge of Esports, PC gaming, and PC building a big plus
