Position Summary, Responsibilites, and Expectations:

• Manage projects from request through production to delivery, including scheduling and attending review meetings, analyzing feedback, and gaining approvals from all stakeholders.
• Provide internal and external cross-functional team status updates to create alignment and manage expectations.
• Cultivate and enhance Supplier and ODM relationships.
• Evaluate supplier schedule and align with internal cross-functional departments.
• Have a collaborative spirit and be invested in the success of the projects.
• Able to manage multiple high-stakes projects at once.
• Team player with passion to dig in and to do whatever it takes for business success.
• Good communication, presentation, and leadership skills; with ability to lead technical discussions in English & Chinese.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Profound industry and program management experience in high tech industry (minimum 5 years).
• Experience presenting to and influencing senior technical and business leaders.
• Ability to hold update meetings with US based teammates and executives.
• Proven experience in horizontal leadership. Agile and adaptable to changing business requirements.
• Experience working in a multi-site, multi-cultural environments, and ability to
• travel as needed.
• BA or above in Engineering (EE, ME, Computer Science)
