Position Summary, Responsibilities, and Expectations:

The position will report to Marketing Program Manager (located in the Fremont-USA HQ) and help him to improve and perform internal processes supporting the sales team. Sales Support Representative will have responsibility over key processes. These include developing, maintaining and supporting PowerBI reports the sales team is using. Assisting quarterly Marketing Program planning and execution. Assisting in project and process management, such as Customer Contract Negotiation process. Maintaining external and internal tools the sales team is using.

The position will be integral part of the worldwide sales team support structure. Key contact for the sales team in managing their tasks.

Essential Skills and Experience:

Must:

The person needs to have proficiency in English both oral and written, as the position is working together with team members around the world both via email and online meetings. Advanced experience in PowerBI or similar tools (like Tableau) is required as the person will be creating and maintaining reports. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required.

Preferred:

Experience in providing support to sales teams. Experience in Marketing Program management. Experience in process and project management.

The position involves working with large amounts of data. Attention to detail and being well organized is key to success. Problem solving is frequent occurrence and ability find solutions to issues is needed. As many tasks involve process and project management, ability to collect and evaluate feedback, construct proposals and drive execution is necessary.
