General Purpose:

  • Manage ANZ channel resellers and finding new business opportunities
  • Execute sales plans with channel resellers and exceeding targets
  • Manage channel strategy with the focus to grow business with the top resellers
  • Manage sell out performance and manage inventory in the region
  • Manage channel pricing and channel conflicts
  • Build and maintain relationships with business and industry partners

Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Support and work with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process
  • Working with marketing and PR/influencer to drive programs and local events
  • Work to find new sales leads, through business directories, client referrals, etc
  • Responsible for achievement of targeted volume and revenue
  • Preparing weekly reports of market status, sellout figures and price quotations, measure performance accurately weekly / monthly / quarterly
  • Attending and participating in internal sales meetings, annual sales conference and trade shows
  • Exacute demand generation plans with accounts via promotion, marketing, forums, placement, merchandising
  • Build run rates and forecast stock levels closely within resellers to ensure maximum sales potential
  • Provide training to ensure customers have a strong understanding of CORSAIR’s products and objectives
  • Monitor competitor’s pricing and highlight concerns to the channel marketing team and regional sales manager
  • Understand the overall CORSAIR strategic direction and portfolio, assist marketing team in defining new and better products based on local requirements
  • Communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization
  • Maintain professional relationships that meet CORSAIR’s core values

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years industry experience in ANZ with a proven sales track record, including knowledge of processes and procedures
  • Knowledge of PC DIY or consumer electronics marker preferred
  • Ability to manage channel conflicts on pricing and multiple partners
  • Ability to work with wide range of people at decision making level
  • Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
