General Purpose:

The Marketing Project Associate is an integral part of the marketing organization. You will serve as the link between internal cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, operations, and IT. You will be responsible for the management and execution of multiple marketing projects ranging from developing marketing processes, application implementation, and maintenance to assisting the pricing team and the manager.

Position Summary, Responsibilities, and Expectations:

  • Developing marketing processes as well as continually improving the processes from stakeholder feedback.
  • Responsible for project managing various small to large scale projects, ranging from creating metrics reports to implementation of applications.
  • Develop schedules, key milestones, and action items to be socialized and used by the internal team. Communicate program status and performance to key stakeholders and leadership through regular updates and business reviews.
  • Facilitate projects with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Executives, Sales, Operations, and IT.
  • Conduct and/or support effective meetings with stakeholders, providing accurate and concise deliverables and clear expectations.
  • Act as a point of contact for key stakeholders throughout the project life-cycle providing frequent status updates regarding project milestones.
  • Learning and understanding customer pricing structures to build into the application to release the pricing to customers.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Must be good with tools and applications. Should be able to switch between tools with ease.
  • Efficient in Office 365 applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams is a must.
  • Having some previous application implementation or reporting structuring for executives is a plus.
  • Efficiency in using project management tools is a plus.
