Job Description

General Purpose:

The Production Manager will determine the department’s capacity to meet the staffing requirements for projects, and then assign personnel to those projects.

  • Schedule projects with Marketing Managers
  • Assign work to specific team members accordingly
  • Manage time
  • Facilitate delivery
  • Forecast workload

Position Summary, Responsibilities And Expectations

  • Works within the Brand + Product team as “the bottom line” of internal resources (within creative, DEV + social) being assigned to execute
  • Works closely with Marketing Managers on planning and scheduling deliverables for successful quality execution
  • Manages incoming requests from Performance Marketing, Influencer and eSports teams and fields appropriately
  • Assigns projects and deliverables to specific creative team members
  • Handles delivery and distribution of creative deliverables to project owners
  • Ushers Brand + Product .com initiatives to the DEV Project Manager
  • Ushers Creative wires, assets and more to the DEV Project Manager
  • Ushers work outside of our internal capabilities to agencies equipped and scoped to handle

Essential Skills And Experience

  • 3+ years experience in project management, creative traffic or similar role
  • Bachelor degree in marketing/communications or higher in relevant field; or equivelant work experience
  • Proven skills in project management and organization
  • Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills
  • Superb communication skills both internally and externally; between teams

Qualifications

  • Ability to work cross-functionally across internal teams
  • Ability to realize and enforce larger group priorities on workload output
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
