General Purpose

  • Responsible for a team of dedicated customer advisors that will provide pre-sales advice, leading up to conversions, via chat, telephone, and other channels
  • Increase direct-to-consumer sales, while building a genuine relationship with customers of Corsair, leading to increased loyalty
  • Create sales scripts for every product category, in cooperation with product management
  • Create direct-to-consumer sales strategies, as well as drive sales campaigns and promotions, working together with the e-Commerce team

Essential Skills And Experience

  • BA/BS preferred, or combination of education & work experience
  • More than three years of e-Commerce experience, preferably in the computer/consumer electronics/gaming markets
  • Experience with digital marketing and online sales
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior team leadership and coaching experience
