Italy Retail Account Manager

General Purpose

  • Responsible for meeting and exceeding targets and growth plans with strategic Retail partners
  • Create and execute sales and marketing plans
  • Work closely with internal sales ops to manage inventory and forecasting
  • Manage annual range review process for continually improved reach
  • Identify and report on business opportunities and problems

Position Summary, Responsibilities And Expectations

  • Be able to create and execute a Sales and Marketing plan for your area of responsibility
  • Be able to measure performance accurately weekly / monthly / quarterly
  • Identify any weaknesses quickly and create a plan to correct
  • Be able to identify business growth areas within your customer base โ€“ focus and measure results
  • Build strong relationships at all levels within your accounts. Visit customer locations frequently
  • Understand and work with our distribution partners to ensure the accounts / channels needs are met
  • Ensure that retail partners have a strong understanding of Corsairโ€™s products and objectives
  • Maintain regular competitive pricing analysis of top sellers and highlight concerns to the channel marketing team and local sales manager
  • Co-ordinate in-store and on-site merchandising/POS for maximum exposure to the Corsair brand
  • Possess customer-centric skills and ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization
  • Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet Corsairโ€™s core values

Essential Skills And Experience

  • Must be enthusiastic and dependable
  • 5+ years of experience in IT Sales, Product Management, Retail Account Management
  • Intermediate experience working with MS Office Suite; proficient in Excel (creating charts, pivot tables, lookup, formulas) is a preference
  • Experience and technical knowledge of the PC Gaming or PC Hardware market preferred
  • Possesses a passion for technology and is proactive in staying current on the latest products to market
  • Well organized, process driven with ability to multitask fast and efficiently
  • Ability to prioritise and demonstrate attention to detail with great accuracy
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Good knowledge of English language, written and spoken
  • Ability to articulate a point of view and negotiate
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
