## Description

**Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:**

• Expectations: 
o Able to complete testing and file results with minimal oversight.
o Solid knowledge of PCs and their various components
o Able to troubleshoot across multiple platforms.
o Experienced test plan creator
o Troubleshoot issues of Windows/Mac/Phone (Install, repair..)
• Responsible for: 
o Complete QA testing for SW and FW 
o Compiling reports on findings and testing data gathered
o Record testing data and analyze results, and file all issues and concerns in bug tracking SW
o Develop Product test plans.
o Providing recommendations and advice to relevant stakeholders
• Refer: 
o IT support position has 1-2 years experiences.

**Essential Skills and Experience:**

• A passion for creating best-in-class technical documentation and training materials.
• Self-starter with minimal need for oversight
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Good understanding of Severity levels, QA Processes for software development, debugging, etc.
• Good document skills (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
• Expert skills with Gaming and another technical products.
• Experience about Web testing and Qase, Jira.
