General Purpose:

- Process TAO Facility Financial daily expenses and cashier duties
- Ensure GL accurate booking and accurate balance sheet reporting, in compliance with US GAAP.
- Maintain processes and controls to manage general ledger functions.
- Responsible for providing accurate Financial Bookings

Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:

- Responsible for factory expenses accuracy and tracking.
- Manage GL Bookings
- General accounting tasks and accounting related duties.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts, research and take actions on discrepancies
- Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
- Assist month-end closing including prepare periodic reconciliation report
- Experience with reconciliation of balance sheet accounts of average complexity.
- Maintain general ledger accounts.
- Maintain processes and controls to manage general ledger function
- Responsible for KPMG audit and other internal/external audit.
- Responsible for providing accurate financial bookings from daily work.
- Support colleagues to ensure effective, efficient operations on related processes.
- Assist in other ad-hoc projects as required

Essential Skills and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree preferably in accounting.
- Ability to adapt quickly, learn new tasks independently and manage competing priorities.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an accounting firm is a plus.
- 2-3 years of experience working in Accounting field.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills bilingual in English. GL accounting background.
- Understanding of accounting processes, procedures and internal controls.
- Good PC knowledge in MS office user experience.
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing deadlines.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to work under pressure
- ERP knowledge desirable, preferably in Oracle.
- A good team player, self-initiative, detail oriented in processing daily jobs.
