Job Description
General Purpose: The Digital Product Manager will be responsible for:
- Building best in class digital experiences for Corsair’s D2C business
- Manage and execute the roadmap for the Corsair D2C webstore
Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Manage the product roadmap and backlog for the D2C webstore
- Lead requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development & user acceptance testing
- Work closely with stakeholders across digital marketing, customer service, finance etc. to define end-to-end functional flows for features for the webstore
- Partner with the business team to identify key capabilities needed as well as identify defects
- Partner with IT to manage the roadmap and backlog to ensure that IT delivers all capabilities on time and per expectation
- Monitor performance and usage of all new and existing capabilities to tweak and optimize as needed
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree required, especially in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 4-6 years' experience in digital product management
- Experience writing SQL queries, experience with back-end and front-end programming languages: Java, HTML, CSS, Angular JS, etc
- Internet and retail experience strongly preferred
- Strong analytical, prioritization and negotiating skills
- Usability and customer-focused design experience a plus
- Passionate about building great products and solving customer and business problems
