General Purpose: The Digital Product Manager will be responsible for:

  • Building best in class digital experiences for Corsair’s D2C business
  • Manage and execute the roadmap for the Corsair D2C webstore

Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Manage the product roadmap and backlog for the D2C webstore
  • Lead requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development & user acceptance testing
  • Work closely with stakeholders across digital marketing, customer service, finance etc. to define end-to-end functional flows for features for the webstore
  • Partner with the business team to identify key capabilities needed as well as identify defects
  • Partner with IT to manage the roadmap and backlog to ensure that IT delivers all capabilities on time and per expectation
  • Monitor performance and usage of all new and existing capabilities to tweak and optimize as needed

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree required, especially in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 4-6 years' experience in digital product management
  • Experience writing SQL queries, experience with back-end and front-end programming languages: Java, HTML, CSS, Angular JS, etc
  • Internet and retail experience strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical, prioritization and negotiating skills
  • Usability and customer-focused design experience a plus
  • Passionate about building great products and solving customer and business problems
