General Purpose:

  • Support to the online advertising vehicles and direct marketing tools, and able to assist with online marketing projects from initial concept, through design and setup, to execution, tracking and maintenance
  • Additionally provide service on analysis, insight, and recommendations based on campaign and site analytics data

Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Communicate with graphic designers, provide corresponding text content/technical information content/comparative advantage for the design of our new product pages /other promotion pages in JD/Tmall
  • Daily SEO / optimization work on JD.com product page & flagship store page
    • Optimize the names of related products (principle: easy to read, easy to remember), and use the traffic more reasonably: at the same time, make consumers more aware of the product.
    • Product page "top recommendations" optimization
  • Form a closed loop of brand traffic through limited internal resources
  • Oralize professional terms so that ordinary users can understand them
  • Through the product recommendation on the detailed page, make the main product more focused
  • Product main picture optimization on product page
    • Product page optimization
  • To make the ordinary users can understand the product advantages
  • Increase the length of time a user stays on the page
  • Increase page purchase / page click ratio
  • Regularly write market analysis reports of industry competitors' online channels (JD / Tmall flagship), Online channel activities, price trends of major products, changes in the share of our main products in our VS major competitors, etc.)

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Solid knowledge of e-tailer analytics tools
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing campaigns in JD/Tmall
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, display advertising campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Fluent in English & Chinese
