General Purpose:
- To lead the overall creative direction for a rapidly growing, world leader of high-performance PC components and peripherals
- Accountable for the creative direction of the organization's brand and aligning branding across sister companies
Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Develop and lead a global team of creatives and managing multiple creative agencies
- Responsible for managing the global brand and setting the creative direction of all aspects of the go-to-market assets
- Ability to conceptualize, plan and execute the creative strategy across multiple channels including web, digital marketing, print, retail, eCommerce
- Take complex & technical concepts, making them relatable to a broader audience
- Thrive and enjoy working in a fast past environment & work in coordination across numerous departmental teams
- Lead a world-class global creative team of 15+ with a vision and structure that attracts top talent and meets the needs of a growing organization
- Manage multiple projects from concept through design, art direction and supervision through to production of assets across digital, print, online, retail, and tradeshow environments
- This role will work closely with multidisciplinary and international project & creative teams
- Develop and execute go-to-market creative strategy across a wide ranging product category
- Ensure the brand book is adopted, kept current and used to ensure a consistent application in all consumer facing assets
Essential Skills and Experience:
- BS/BA degree in Marketing, Design, Journalism or related field; Master's or MBA preferred
- 10+ years of experience with experience in the technology industry or related agency experience
- Excellent content strategy, copywriting and editorial skills
- Must be highly organized and able to handle multiple projects and deadlines
- A creative thinker with solid knowledge of marketing both traditional and digital media
- Ability to work cross-functionally and with all levels of management
- Experience across the entire content marketing process, from needs assessment through measurement
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and how to implement as part of marketing strategy
- Solid understanding of brand voice in all content creation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in developing, inspiring, motivating and leading a high-performing team
- Experience with budget management and financial analysis
