General Purpose

Corsair is a leading global provider and innovator of high-performance gear for gamers and content creators. Corsair is seeking an individual passionate about bleeding edge hardware to join us as a Channel Marketing Manager to develop and own the systems business unit. As a member of the channel marketing team, the successful individual will be driving core business functions, developing the pricing strategy for the systems product portfolio, managing P&L, working with cross functional groups including marketing and sales.

Position Summary, Responsibilities And Expectations

  • Develop and own the business unit for the territories assigned including top and bottom line for systems
  • Develop and execute a pricing strategy to hit quarterly revenue targets, and to increase Corsair’s market share
  • Drive cross functional groups to align inventory forecast, financial forecast and demand forecasts
  • Understand the market through sales insight, market research from both direct and inferred sources, and competitive analysis. Become an expert in the category and bring relevant information to the team in a clear, effective, and valuable way
  • Understand market needs, drive product strategy, and communicate the value proposition of the product to the sales team as well as customers
  • Collaborate with marketing including go-to-market strategy and roadmaps
  • Contribute to product life cycle planning
  • Manage product and retail placement cycles

Essential Skills And Experience

  • Must be enthusiastic and dependable
  • Have consumer channel experience with retail preferably with hard lines
  • 5+ years of channel marketing or price analyst experience in the PC / systems space
  • Strong analytical and data manipulation skills
  • Be a masterful communicator – have exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Be a self-starter and is pro-active; individual must be resourceful and be able to interpret and find solutions for abstract problems
  • Advanced experience working with MS Office Suite; proficient in Excel (creating charts, pivot tables, lookup, formulas)
  • Well organized, process driven with ability to multitask fast and efficiently
