The Business Development, B2B team is essential in supporting Corsair’s evolving audience, ensuring that we continue to adapt to various needs in today’s and tomorrow’s world.

As a B2B Sales Manager, you will be responsible for helping us build out our B2B channel. You’ll source, drive and build strategic relationships with our key channel partners. You’ll create strategies and innovative approaches to drive incremental B2B sales.

This role is an ideal fit for an energetic, highly-motivated and experienced team player who has the desire and drive to help our business succeed and grow. You will be working cross-functionally with our content, marketing, product, finance and engineering teams. This role will report directly to the Director of Business Development, B2B.

In this role you will

  • Drive the U.S. B2B channel sales strategy, create strategic initiatives and implement tactical plans
  • Establish and maintain productive, professional, and influential relationships with our key resellers
  • Formulate business plans with our VARs, with a focus on gaining mindshare, driving growth and engagement
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities and seek out client and industry relationships to drive net new revenue
  • Pitch, negotiate terms and close deals with key stakeholders
  • Consistently track and evaluate KPIs, ROI and other performance data to ensure targets and goals are being met
  • Achieve quarterly sales targets and goals, build forecasts and find ways to bridge sales gaps
  • Lead internal and external business reviews covering performance, strategic initiatives and action plans
  • Understand and clearly communicate market opportunities, trends, needs and partner feedback to cross-functional teams
  • Continuously work to identify and initiate measures to improve system and processes

Basic Qualifications And Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years of B2B
  • VAR account management experience
  • AV and video conferencing solutions experience
  • Demonstrated ability to drive B2B strategies and proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills. Must be able to communicate professionally and effectively across all levels of the organization internally and externally
  • While this a remote opportunity, you’ll be required to visit headquarters and meet with clients at least once a quarter

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years of B2B
  • CDW account management experience
  • Consumer electronics or computer hardware industry experience
