## Description

**Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:**

\- Collaborate with the onshore team to understand business requirements, use cases, and solution priorities.
\- Translate functional requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.
\- Design, develop, test, and deploy AI, machine learning, and automation solutions.
\- Build prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions to evaluate feasibility and demonstrate business value.
\- Develop data processing workflows, predictive models, intelligent assistants, and automated business processes.
\- Integrate AI and automation solutions with existing systems, databases, applications, and APIs.
\- Prepare, clean, transform, and analyze data required for AI and automation use cases.
\- Monitor solution performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and improve accuracy, reliability, and maintainability.
\- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and technical validation before deployment.
\- Follow established standards for data security, privacy, access control, and AI governance.
\- Research and evaluate emerging AI, data science, and automation technologies that may benefit the organization.
\- Contribute to reusable frameworks, components, and development best practices across AI and automation initiatives.

**Essential Skills and Experience:**
\- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
\- Hands-on experience in data science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or process automation.
\- Strong programming skills in Python and working knowledge of SQL.
\- Experience with data preparation, feature engineering, model development, testing, and deployment.
\- Familiarity with generative AI, large language models, prompt engineering, and API-based AI services.
\- Experience developing integrations using REST APIs, web services, or similar technologies.
\- Understanding of software development practices, version control, testing, and technical documentation.
\- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
\- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
\- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
