Job Duties

  • Work with media and advertisers for timely and usable ad submission as well as product review awareness during go-to-market strategies.
  • Create and deliver press releases, media relations content, case studies, newsletter content, social media content, and speaking proposals.
  • Create press kits and other promotional materials as necessary.
  • Compose accurate, well-written news releases and other media materials on deadline.
  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive and audience research and Manage all social media channels
  • Generate and share content daily that creates brand awareness with solid branding and product messaging, generate consumer demands and increase engagement with the community.
  • Collaborate with other departments to create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
  • Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms
  • Moderate all user-generated content and inquiry
  • Cultivation of leads and sales through social media platforms
  • SEO and generation of inbound traffic
  • Continuously improve by developing social media performance reports on a weekly basis for successes and new opportunities.
  • Stay current with social media trends and tools
  • Bring the Voice of Customer back to the product developing and customer service team.
  • Oversee planning, production and execution of events hosted in N.A. from large events to smaller community user groups.

Job Requirements

  • 3 years of social media marketing experience (prefer to have account management experience).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skill
  • Considerable knowledge of public speaking and interaction as well as detail in coordination and planning.
  • Experience including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube. Reddit, LinkedIn, Google+
  • Knowledge of social media and analytics software (Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of social media paid advertising campaigns
  • Strong time management, project management, multi-tasking skills and the ability to work both independently with minimal guidance and as a member of a team.
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
  • Engaged and Active in the PC, PC Gaming and Tech Community
  • Must be able to travel for short and long periods of time both domestically and internationally.
