The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Responsibilities

  • Experienced in leading HR team to demonstrate direction and enforce all functions of human resources .
  • Co-work closely with global HRBPs and integrate global HR resources to develop corporate HR business strategies.
  • Be presentable in interpretation of company vision and culture to ensure compliance and updates of company policies and procedures .
  • Have strong P&L sense and be capable to design/renew corporate reward program
  • Have international/global HR management experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • 10+ years' experience in Human Resources
  • Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
  • Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
  • Attention to detail and good judgement
