Key Objectives
- Support the Amazon team on all elements of the department.
- Provide excellent daily administrative support.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Team on the daily processing of orders, disputes, reconcile and create credit notes, etc.
- Become cross trained for all aspects of the entire Amazon business, including RMA processing, Marketing activities, etc.
Operational Experience/Academic Qualification
- Educated to middle-level vocational education or equivalent (MBO/HBO-level)
- At least 1 - 2 years experience in a support role in a sales/marketing environment.
- Outgoing person who is capable of working with cross functional teams.
- Fluency in (Business) English is preferred.
- Prior experience in working with Amazon is considered a big plus.
