Cooler Master Corp (CMC) is currently seeking an Account Manager responsible for successfully expanding customer base in targeted areas and facilitate existing programs. Account Manager will report to the Sale Director and be responsible for hunting new accounts, making sales strategy, facilitating ongoing programs and working with cross functional teams in Taiwan and China including Project Management, Engineering, Finance, Logistics, and Programs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic sales goals with exceptional execution to meet the sales target
  • Responsible for making outbound cold calls to potential customers, consistently achieve lead. Successfully manage and overcome objections
  • Coordinate with the PM team in Taiwan and China to facilitate the programs
  • Being a bridge between US customers and Asian teams to track ongoing topics/actions to meet customer need.
  • Develop relationships, communicate product and market information to the potential customers in professional manner
  • Negotiate price, monitor delivery schedule, facilitate credit and payment issues with customer
  • Serve as backup for the report line manager is needed
  • Responsible for other duties as assigned by the manger

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years sales experience, prior experience in tech-industry is desirable
  • Bachelor degree in business or mechanical engineering is preferred
  • Fluent English is mandatory and Mandarin is preferred
  • Strong presentation skill
  • Experience in cooling and thermal is preferred
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills in a challenging environment
  • Strong communication skills across multiple disciplines, cultures, and geographies
  • Eligible to work in USA
