We sell direct to some of the nation’s leading retailers such as Walmart, Target, Best Buy, Amazon and Game Stop. Controller Gear also specializes in custom product design, development, and offshore manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead our Amazon Vendor & Seller Central accounts with your expertise
  • Amazon Vendor Central & Seller Central listing management, campaigns & conversion
  • Lead our company’s growth online across multiple markets
  • Lead the department, manage online sales. conversion and marketing across multiple marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart.com, Target.com, and Gamestop.com. Develop a cohesive plan for short term and long-term growth
  • Implement best industry practices, process, and procedures
  • Execute and lead product descriptions, listings, and other updates to enhance online sales and customer interfacing
  • Oversee responses to inquiries, complaints, and general information regarding our product(s) through online marketplaces and our website. Manage product performance and reviews.
  • Responsible for company's ecommerce magento websites, the user experience, design and product presence. Liase with our Web Developer to make changes and updates to the site.
  • Maintain social media sites by updating existing/new products, contests, and announcements
  • Oversee and execute all digital marketing to drive traffic and revenue
  • Responsible for all organic and paid marketing
  • PPC and Paid Advertising
  • Affiliate Marketing
  • SEO & SEM
  • Amazon AMS/AMG, eBay strategy & execution
  • Manage B2B and B2C sites, transactions, and communications to grow the business
  • Monitor and manage product and online store reviews

Requirements:

  • Mastery of Amazon Vendor Central & Seller Central
  • 2+ years managing Amazon marketplace
  • Strong organizational skills, and sound decision-making
  • SEO/SEM and digital marketing experience
  • Must demonstrate excellent grammar and spelling

Pluses:

  • Magento Platform experience.
  • Experience with licensed video game accessories, consumer products, or industry a plus.
