About the Role

We are seeking a multi-talented Producer to join our team. This individual will manage an externally developed pipeline of game projects while being able to deliver best in class work. Helping to build a new group within a larger multi-faceted company, ownership and an entrepreneurial spirit are a must. Experience in a wide range of game genres and platforms is ideal. We are a fast paced environment, and looking for someone who is proactive, personable, reliable, flexible, and enthusiastic about joining a growing startup.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in game production in both internally and externally developed projects
Must be familiar with the major gaming platforms and have shipped multiple cross-platform titles
Able to proactively own & execute designated tasks independently, with a high level of comfort asking for help when needed
Personable & approachable with a strong customer service orientation
Experience working with and/or managing Asana, Trello, Jira or similar project management systems
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment; detail-oriented, strong multi-tasker.

Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day developer relationships and drive execution consistent with the overall mission of achieving company goals with our game publishing initiatives
Planning and communicating project milestones/tasks, schedules, resources, updates, status, major decisions, risks and blockers; create appropriate project documentation
Troubleshoot, proactively identify, and quickly execute on game production issues and/or inefficiencies
Requirements gathering and scoping: Includes appropriate stakeholders to properly collect comprehensive requirements, participating in strategic conversations and providing input on direction
Understand the business goals and objectives of each project, and identify the optimal processes and procedures to ensure a successful outcome
Identify and evaluate potential service providers, and manage external vendor relationships
Assume accountability of tracking, monitoring, reporting identified risks and work with partners to proactively mitigate risks, escalate risks to senior management, and look for opportunities to improve workflow
Drive retrospectives, gathering feedback from the project team and define actions to improve ongoing projects
Lead the ongoing evolution of processes and tools/look for opportunities to improve workflow and output for greater efficiency and effectiveness
