Community Gaming is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our creative department. This person will work under the guidance of the Creative Project Manager and collaborate with our marketing team to execute customized deliverables for a diverse array of events across multiple titles. Your primary responsibilities are to assist the creative department with all relevant tasks and to coordinate with marketing throughout the creative process.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide design support on custom market research projects for video game, mobile, on-stream media & advertising
  • Create designs and mock-ups consistent with brandโ€™s art direction
  • Prepare illustrations or rough sketches of material, discussing them with supervisors and making necessary changes.
  • Photo editing, color correcting, masking profile images.
  • Assist in finding and choosing game images for use on art assets.
  • Work with internal teams to insure all dynamic data requirements for projects are met
  • Creatively iterate and expand on established broadcast graphics packages

Qualifications:

  • Must have advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Illustrator.
  • +2 years experience in graphic design
  • Flexibility to work a schedule that can vary depending on projects, including overtime, and weekends
  • Knowledgeable in and can emulate current style trends in graphic design/typography or any style requested.
  • Understanding of fundamental graphic design principles, usability, and standard methodologies.
  • Ability to work with frequent design changes and iterations.
  • Excellent teammate with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to bounce between multiple tasks, projects, and requests while maintaining a consistent quality.
  • Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback and critique.
  • Ability to produce high quality work quickly within strict deadlines and time constraints.
  • Strong technical skills and the ability to adapt to new technology, workflows, and software.
  • Good spelling and spell-checking skills.
  • Keeps up with cutting edge design trends and market research data visualization techniques

Preferred:

  • Strong graphics design portfolio
  • Motion graphic experience
  • Experience with motion graphics, compositing, and special effects (i.e., Adobe After Effects, Maya).
  • Experience in portrait and/or action photography.
  • Experience with Monday.com
  • A passion for esports and video games
