We are looking for a talent acquisition specialist with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing, candidate management, interview scheduling and hiring great employees.

A successful talent acquisition specialist has exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills. You have experience managing recruitment portals, online advertisements and attended recruitment fairs.

You will manage the entirety of our recruitment pipeline up to the offer stage. You have a track record attracting candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. Our ideal recruiter holds an academic HR background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates.​

Responsibilities:

  • Vacancy Management
  • Writing and Managing Job Ads
  • Managing internal and external career sites
  • Represent Codemasters at key industry recruitment events
  • Identifying and approaching potential candidates
  • Pre-screening potential candidates
  • Keeping candidates informed on their recruitment progress​

Education/Qualifications:

  • Degree or equivalent
  • Solid experience of 360 degree Recruitment Consultant role within a commercial Recruitment business
  • Proven track-record of placement success.
