We’re looking for a Senior Brand Marketing Manager to come and join the team at Codemasters! This is a pivotal marketing role accountable for architecting and delivering innovative, impactful global go-to-market campaigns for Codemasters racing brands, from initial gtm strategy to final marketing execution and live service marketing. We are able to consider remote/hybrid working for this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Partners with the Brand Director to lead the development of go-to-market strategy and multi-channel, global marketing execution for Codemasters’ racing games
  • Architects high impact marketing campaigns and creating high-quality marketing assets that drive outstanding reach and positive product recognition and engagement
  • Develops and leverages strong relationships with licensors, brand partners, platform holders and other key external stakeholders
  • Partners with Marcom and Creative to build outstanding marketing content that drives reach, engagement and trust with buy in and approval from key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Sets marketing KPIs that improve user acquisition, engagement, retention and evangelism
  • Authors beat briefs, tracks beat readiness and partners with cross functional global and regional marketing teams to activate campaign beats
  • Inspires a cross-functional team of marketers with shared purpose to achieve and learn from campaign activations
  • Connects marketing with product and business deliverables, tracks and interprets campaign performance data and translates into actions
  • Manages external marketing agencies to help achieve marketing campaign objectives

  • Marketing budget forecasting & operationalization
  • Campaign insight reporting & optimization

Qualifications:

  • Able to work well in a highly matrixed environment
  • Be a racing category, racing consumer and motorsports specialist
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing, campaign management or growth in video games or relevant industry sector
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about video games, popular culture and/ or motorsports
  • Self-starting and entrepreneurial with a growth mindset
  • Analytical, well organised and able to work well under pressure and deliver against deadlines as part of a team
  • Demonstrates curiosity, flexibility and an eagerness to keep learning
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team management and work prioritisation
