Codemasters Cheshire (an Electronic Arts Studio) have a long and rich history of delivering AAA racing games for PC and Console. We are are looking for someone to join our Production Team and help us deliver the next increment of a world famous driving game franchise.

Based at our stunning, refurbished studio in Cheshire (remote working is viable) you will work with internal development teams and our Partner studios in a production capacity. Under the guidance of the Development Director and with support from the production team, you will help handle production of the studios' next key project.

Role and Responsibilities

  • You will curate and own team backlogs, roadmaps, sprint plans, reviews and reports to Studio Leadership
  • You will be a proactive servant leader who can be relied up to swiftly resolve problems and remove impediments
  • You will be an excellent communicator who can engage with individuals, teams and Studio Leadership
  • You will champion Production process and Development Frameworks across Project Life Cycle

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience of full development cycle (Pre-Production to Release) on at least 1 title (PC / Console / Mobile)
  • Hands-on experience managing one or more Development Teams - Multi-Discipline Teams would be a nice plus
  • Practical knowledge and application of Agile and Traditional Management - Certification desired not required
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills are desirable - Presentation skills would be welcome
  • Proactive, organised and comfortable working unsupervised is an essential requirement of role
