What we do

Coda Payments helps Google, Tencent, and other leading digital content providers monetise their products in places where credit and debit cards aren’t widely used. We establish partnerships with a wide range of alternative payment channel operators who make it possible for customers to pay in other ways: paying cash at retail, using a mobile wallet, making a bank transfer, or redeeming a prepaid card.

Coda also allows publishers to accept payments through these various methods on their own website or at our gaming e-commerce site.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a generalist recruiter who will:

  • Manage the end to end recruitment process in Latin America for a variety roles--Marketing, Business Development, Operations, and more!
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
  • Utilize creativity and hustle to make quality hires (strong culture fit is a huge must for us!)

Requirements

  • Minimum 4-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably with at least 2-3 years of in house experience
  • Excellent communicator who can connect quickly with diverse candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Highly motivated, fastidious, and quick learner with a collaborative working attitude
