What we do

Coda Payments helps game developers and publishers like Riot Games, Tencent, Garena, EA, Moonton, and other leading digital content providers to monetize their products in places where credit and debit cards aren’t widely used. We establish partnerships with a wide range of alternative payment channel operators who make it possible for customers to pay in other ways: paying cash at retail, using a mobile wallet, making a bank transfer, or redeeming a prepaid card.

Coda also allows publishers to accept payments through these various methods on their own website or at our gaming e-commerce site - codashop.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for our tech (engineering, product) and non-tech (marketing, business development, country leadership) functions in North & South America
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and other internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to building a world-class interview experience for both candidates and hiring managers
  • Fill 3 to 4 roles per month while building a strong talent pipeline

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably with 1 year of in house experience in a high growth tech company
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish languages
  • An independent, highly motivated individual who is process-oriented, a quick learner, and resourceful
  • An excellent, charismatic communicator who can build a strong rapport with diverse candidates and hiring managers while being assertive, when needed
  • High EQ with a strong ability to communicate with candidates from diverse backgrounds
