The Role:

As part of our team, you’ll take charge in developing new features for mobile games using both Unity and Unreal Engine, enhancing player engagement and contributing to our titles’ growth. You’ll leverage Unreal Engine’s capabilities to push the boundaries of visual quality where high-fidelity graphics are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize new features and components for mobile games using Unity and Unreal Engine

  • Serve as a technical lead for a small team of developers when needed

  • Ensure high-quality standards, achieving results that align with project goals and timelines

  • Clearly communicate plans, monitor and evaluate outcomes, and ensure adherence to deadlines Establish and uphold systems, procedures, and standards (e.g., coding practices, code reviews, quality assurance)

  • Provide technical insight for new projects, assessing resources, staffing, and time requirements

  • Continuously learn and share the latest trends and innovations within your area of expertise

  • Collaborate across teams and departments, sharing knowledge and insights

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation

  • Support hiring activities and evaluate potential team members and suppliers

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in mobile game development

  • Proficiency in C++,C#, Unity, Unreal Engine, and version control systems (such as Perforce or Git)

  • Experience in third-party SDK integration

  • knowledge of design patterns

  • Background in shaders or rendering optimization in Unreal / Unity is a plus

  • Multiplayer experience is a plus

  • Strong leadership capabilities with a proactive, independent approach

  • Advanced proficiency in English

  • Degree in Computer Science or a related field with a solid foundation in computer graphics

  • Willingness to work in a hybrid model, with three days per week (Mon-Wed) at our Warsaw office, - along with flexible working hours

  • Ability to lead independently, offering solutions and direction rather than waiting for instructions

  • Openness to working in a hybrid; the Warsaw office is set to launch in February next year, and availability to work onsite as needed is required

Compensation:

  • Starting from €4,000 - 5,000 on a B2B contract with a fixed monthly rate, including paid time-off.

  • The final offer will reflect your level of seniority, skills, and experience, with additional opportunities - for performance-based adjustments over time.
