In this role, you will have the ability to help shape the operational success of one of the most groundbreaking teams in the world! As the Workplace Operations Lead, you will be key in delivering a Studio Experience that is on par with the high expectations we place on ourselves here at CIG.

What you'll be doing?

  • Lead all studio facilities and custodial personnel to ensure continuous delivery of exceptional service and work environment
  • Project manage, supervise, and coordinate the work of contractors
  • Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and service of various units, including air conditioners, heating units, fire, and pre-action water systems, and security systems
  • Assist the Studio Manager with designing, modifying, and coordinating; building improvement initiatives, including remodels of the office, décor projects, quality of life improvements, P&P enhancements, and general facilities upkeep
  • Maintain records for contracts, equipment, copiers, supplies, water coolers, office furniture, etc.
  • Track and report on Monthly/Yearly Facilities budget; regularly reconcile all purchases and petty cash

What does a good Workplace Lead look like to us?

  • 3-5 years facilities management experience
  • Technical knowledge of business services
  • Current Texas Driver's license and insurance
  • Awareness of relevant health and safety legislation
  • Interpersonal, relationship-building, and networking skills
  • Procurement and negotiation skills
  • Confidence in decision making
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent time management and project management skills
  • Ability to prioritize a varied workload to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Proactive attitude and attention to detail
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis
  • Must be able to climb ladders
