Collaborate with other members of the Data Solutions team to provide critical data insight to the various teams developing and supporting Star Citizen!

Associate user behaviors with marketing data to determine key changes that can improve sales and player engagement. Create visuals and dashboards in response to data consumers requests. Audit data storage and collection. Connect designers and engineers with visualizations of the data that they produce. Provide insights when delivering visuals/dashboards to promote data-driven decisions.

What a Data Solutions Analyst Does:

  • Create specialized analytics reports
  • Create/maintain visualizations and dashboards
  • Audit data events for malformed/unoptimized data
  • Support different teams with analytics requests
  • Educate analytics consumers on data visualizer client usage
  • Highlight trends that can provide marketing and sales insight
  • Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing performance

Identify areas for improvement of visual reporting

What we look for in a Data Solutions Analyst:

  • Three or more years analyst or relevant experience
  • Three years experience with e-commerce and game monetization
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • An eye for aesthetically pleasing visuals
  • Experience with one or more of the following technologies:
    โ‹…โ‹… SQL
    โ‹…โ‹… Google Analytics
    โ‹…โ‹… ElasticSearch
    โ‹…โ‹… Kibana
    โ‹…โ‹… Tableau


  • Experience with Python, Spark, Jupyter Notebooks, Figma, JIRA

Degree in relevant fields (CS, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Business, Economics, etc.)
