Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing strategies and plans on both annual and project basis
  • Build and execute a comprehensive digital marketing campaign including display ad, video, mobile, influencer marketing, email, and SEO
  • Monitor, review and report analytics and campaign results
  • Manage and expand the brands’ social media communities (OGN and KCON)
  • Create marketing creatives including ads, trailers, social media assets by working with internal/external design & video editing team
  • Initiate and maintain marketing partnerships with media, brands and organizations
  • Organize and lead street teams and local outreach efforts

Basic Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree AND
  • 2+ years of digital marketing experience

Preferred Qualification

  • Experience in managing social media accounts and creating editorial content
  • Digital media buy experience
  • Experience in game and/or entertainment industry
  • Knowledge and interest in KPOP and Korean culture in general
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize daily agendas
  • Ability to prioritize and delegate in high stress, high volume situations
  • Experience working with and communicating with multiple teams
  • Self-starter and highly motivated
