OGN America is looking for a Business Development Associate with experience in the gaming or esports industry to support our Business Development team. As the conduit for all external partnerships with OGN America, you will be responsible for building client relationships, specialized analyses and reporting related to OGN’s business operations, and supporting the Business Development leads in all phases of a deal process.

Responsibilities

  • Screen, identify, and evaluate new business opportunities
  • Support strategy development for esports initiatives
  • Identify and model esports revenue streams
  • Prepare presentations and reports using data and insights to facilitate internal and external-facing meetings
  • Manage partner relationships
  • Provide strategic and analytical support

Basic Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree & 7 years of directly related experience

Preferred Qualification

  • Excellent financial modelling and presentation skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; comfort communicating with executive and leadership team
  • Ability to drive strategic partner evaluation with minimal direction and oversight
  • Experience working in gaming or esports industry; passion for gaming/esports
