For our exciting new project from Sniper Ghost Warrior franchise we are looking for talented and experienced:

Art Producer

Responsibilities:

  • Daily cooperation with in-house and external studios to create estimates, detailed schedules and capacity plans for art;
  • Documentation writing for art pipeline.
  • Daily management of schedule, quality issue, delivery and daily feedback,
  • Collaborate with team leads and members to deliver high quality art within the budgeted time frame;
  • Coordination with team leaders for internal project staffing and outsourcing/co-dev studios related to art creation;
  • Managing and optimizing project pipelines, methodologies and processes for environment art, character art and animation
  • Responsible for ensuring that art assets can be easily integrated into a game without sacrificing the artistic vision. Work closely with the programming and design team to make sure that all art and animation assets produced can be easily imported into the game engine.
  • Risk management and plans set-up to resolve issues early before they become bigger
    problems.
  • Overseeing any outsourced art production - from initial hand-off to final delivery in order to create a strong, predictable & high-quality pipeline of assets
  • Working with the studio production and management solving day by day production problems

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience working on a development team in a production role where you've managed art teams
  • Ability to balance discussion and debate with getting things done
  • Excellent communication skills to be able talk with anyone on the art team and run art team meetings
  • Goal-oriented with a constant eye on delivering excellence;
  • Ability to manage and motivate the team to continue pushing forward
  • Working knowledge of Jira, MS Office and Google docs
  • Strong time management skills with a proven ability to focus on priorities, risk assessment, problem solving, handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to deal with changing priorities and work autonomously
  • Optimistic attitude and outlook
  • Calm and confident leadership style
  • Passion for games and game development
