Our brands
chiliZ is our tokenized voting platform empowering fans to crowd manage their favorite sports and esports teams, events, leagues and game titles via voting rights acquired through a utility token known as chiliZ ($CHZ).
Socios powered by the chiliZ fintech platform and $CHZ token will offer fans the opportunity to buy, trade and execute voting or ‘crowd managers’ rights in their favorite football teams. Connecting 4 billion football fans worldwide with the thousands of different UEFA clubs and professional football teams they root for.
The chiliZ Blockchain Campus will house world-leading exchanges, crypto-friendly European banks, leading blockchain media groups, service providers including recruitment services and some of the largest Asian crypto funds in a unique cluster in order to grow the ecosystem locally and globally.
The Role
As the company continues to grow, we are working towards creating really self-sustaining verticals based on our business requirements building up our own internal creative studio. We’re now on the lookout for a Senior Graphic Designer. Reporting directly to our Chief Strategy Officer the right candidate will be talking on corporates needs, as well as social media content (imagery) and pure creative design. This is a senior level position, which we are building from scratch – this means a wild west feeling when it comes to organization and deliverables needs. The loose environment is rewarding, as we enjoy creative freedom and work on a large multitude of different design problems (clothing design, web imagery, branded goods etc.) – but it’s also an environment where self-disciple becomes more important.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Understand project requirements and concepts.
- Use various techniques to create drafts, models and prototypes.
- Produce final design solutions (e.g. logos, banners, interfaces).
- Pitch creative ideas that enhance projects.
- Collaborate with team members to launch designs.
- Take on special design tasks to support multiple projects.
- Feed the B2B and B2C facing content and imagery needed both for larger projects as well as on a day-to-day basis.
- Focus on proposal/presentation design in relation to corporate needs as well as pure creative design (visual on-site assets for events, promotional posters, concept illustration, branding etc.).
- Work off of briefs from the CSO and create visual imagery from scratch rather than simply manipulating existing assets/ photos.
Requirements
- Proven and strong experience in a game-centric company or industry (iGaming, video games or related).
- Proven track record of designing creative elements from a gamer-minded perspective including character designs and game/app menu.
- Experience working outside of templates on fully original work.
- Experience working in a collaborative Agile environment, but with the capability of being a lone-gunman when it comes to the creative process of defining imagery.
- Extensive skills in the full Adobe product suite (AI, PSD, etc.).
- Knowledge and history using inDesign for corporate communications is a big plus.
- A background in 3D and 2D art is preferable.
- Preferred: Background in art and a portfolio of creative asset work.
