A growing, successful eSports company is on the lookout for their next superstar within the customer support live chat department. This is a unique opportunity for a natural leader, who also loves working in a collaborative team, in a refreshing start-up environment.

The role will be responsible for:

  • Managing the customer Service Operations
  • Dealing with customer queries relating to all account aspects
  • Establish an efficient working process
  • Organizing work schedules, training for new team members, as well as ongoing learning for the existing team
  • Ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
  • Actively and continuously portray strong values for team work, customer service, initiative and integrity.
  • Assisting management in ensuring performance goals are met.
  • Ensuring performance goals are met.
  • Maintaining a positive work environment and leading by example
  • Routine reviews of current support bottlenecks and customer needs
  • Create a plan to increase customer satisfaction

Main Requirements:

  • 3 yearsโ€™ experience in a customer support environment, ideally within the online industry.
  • Team management experience
  • Exemplary customer service skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Mature and professional individual who is ready to take the next step in their career.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication written skills
  • Ability to work evening hours, weekends or holidays
  • Ability to communicate clearly and tactfully with team members to ensure service consistency
  • Ability to handle demanding customers with patience and politeness
  • Knowledge in the Esports gaming world is a plus
