Chaos E.C. is looking for a team manager to assist in the day-to-day operations of player and team management. You will work with specific teams and players to ensure they are taken care of and organized. This role requires someone that can remain impartial and provide sound judgment in a sometimes hectic working environment. As well as has a fluid schedule and is incredibly responsive. This position would be contracted with the possibility to go full-time.

Responsibilities

• Maintain team practice and competition schedules
• Troubleshoot technical issues
• Oversee key aspects of player development
• Mentor players in how to handle stressful conditions and situations
• Provide a foundation for the team's motivation

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience managing people in stressful environments
• High level of emotional intelligence
• Experience with conflict resolution
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong work ethic
• Proficient with Google suite
