The Director of Content will oversee the growth and management of the content division of Chaos Esports Club. You will own and develop the creative content strategy across all social media and digital channels. This includes management of brand related assets, social media, and video media creation. You will oversee the management and growth of the Social Media team, Brand Director, and Video team. You will be responsible for leading brainstorming on all content ideas/activations and work alongside the Sales Director to help define video activations and the Brand Director. The creative director will also coordinate with competitive staff to schedule player involvement. The Growth Marketing team will also work alongside you to help expand the audience of Chaos E.C.
Relevant Experience Required:
- 3-5 years of previous experience of video content and media supervision in a creative services industry
- Knowledge of esports competitive landscape and ecosystem
- Ability to cope with multiple projects with quick deadlines in a startup environment
- Strong opinions on content styles, and best practices for each platform
- Experience brainstorming original content ideas
