Coordinating the social media calendar, creating clear content plans, and posting on social media.
Being involved in the process of developing events and employer branding campaigns.
Drafting content as well as reviewing content from other internal business or marketing teams that can be used on our social channels.
Co-creating internal content to help our employees become our ambassadors on social media, at industry conferences, events, and more.
Coordinating asset creation — films, animated content, social content, graphics.
Creating, cooperating, and maintaining relationships with universities.
Monitoring key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of employment branding efforts.
Cooperating with designers, copywriters, and other marketing experts.
Involvement in HR, Internal Communication, and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.

Fluent English writer with excellent copywriting skills.
At least one year of experience in a similar position.
Strong interest in social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Enthusiasm for data-driven employer branding.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relations with internal stakeholders and teams in a multicultural global environment.
A fast learner and creative thinker with a passion for working in employer branding and recruitment marketing.
Knack for marketing — you know what will build a positive image of the company, how to show it off, and where.
Office-First: working primarily from the Warsaw studio for a minimum of 10 days per month.
