As an IT Security Specialist, you will work closely with the CISO, CIO, IT and Production departments to maintain security management services and applications. You will be responsible for contact with outsourcing in IT access management area and periodic verification of provided accesses. You will support 3rd party security assessment process.

You will be responsible for controlling over end-to-end service provisioning either through vendor management or through ensuring the resilience of services provided to end-users, identifying inherent risk in end-to-end service provisioning and effective mitigation of risks and testing of controls.

Daily responsibilities

Support and supervision over the access management process for third party vendor.
Contribute to any third-party activities for CD Projekt RED (Onboarding, Due Diligence, Monitoring, Off-boarding).
Collaborate with business owners to identify and measure applicable SLA metrics related to all third-party services.
Collaborate with business owners to identify specific inherent risks of third party services and ensure risk assessments are accurate, coordinate periodic control testing.
Create dashboard and provide reports for managed services and support.
Assists in designing and developing internal processes.
Provide security monitoring required by the defined internal controls.
Assist in research and development projects.
Increase cybersecurity maturity of CD Projekt RED through to the use of advanced solutions.
Advise and resolve security issues and incidents.
Coordinate complex cybersecurity activities with IT, Legal and production departments.
Write cybersecurity-oriented procedures, instructions, guidelines for the relevant stakeholders.
Design security training materials and organize training sessions for the other departments.
Maintain a cordial relationship with the key partners (external and internal).

Experience

2+ years of experience in the IT security area
Experience with cooperation with external companies/third party vendors
Experience in audit or process management will be an advantage
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, organizational, communication and presentation skills
IT security and Information environment experience
Fluent English (oral and written) communication
Willingness to work on-call in the event of a security breach or other emergency
Flexibility and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced atmosphere
Any IT security certificates will be an advantage
